Conservative Activist Scott Presler May Have Failed to File Required Campaign Finance Reports

Scott Presler has built a brand on election activism. Big claims, constant visibility, always in the middle of it. Now he’s facing a much less flashy question. Did his organization actually follow basic campaign finance rules?

There are growing questions about whether required reports tied to activity in Pennsylvania judicial races were properly filed. No formal finding yet. But if those reports are missing or incomplete, that is not a minor technicality. That is the system meant to track political spending.
And it matters even more in judicial races, where outside influence is already a growing concern.

Presler is not some low-profile operator. He has a large following and has played a visible role in Pennsylvania politics, particularly around voter registration and election-related messaging. That kind of profile comes with scrutiny. It also comes with expectations.

For someone who operates loudly in the political space, this is pretty basic stuff. File the reports. Show the money. Follow the rules.
Instead, what’s emerging is uncertainty.

Presler has been involved in high-profile election narratives, including amplifying claims that were later investigated and found to have no evidence of fraud. That track record already puts a spotlight on accuracy and accountability.

If everything was filed correctly, that should be easy to demonstrate. If not, it raises a pretty straightforward issue. You cannot position yourself as a central player in elections while treating the rules around political spending like an afterthought.
